At MarmorKrafts, we believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. We aim to deliver the highest quality products to our esteemed customers; however, we also understand that certain factors require you to exchange or return your product(s) and we’re also there to help you in doing that.
There are a few conditions that have to be met for the product to be returned:
- Product(s) can only be returned or exchanged within 30 days of its delivery.
- The product must be unwashed, unused and undamaged (except if the item was already damaged upon its delivery).
- Once the item is returned and received at our warehouse, we will inspect and notify the customer.
- You can contact us regarding any query at info@marmorkrafts.comand we will be glad to be of assistance.

Color:
Please note that the color and texture of the actual product may differ slightly from the pictures due to differences in screen resolution and the natural veining patterns of the marble product. Moreover, sometimes the lighting of the photograph slightly brightens or alters the shade of the marble.
Refunds:
Our esteemed Customers can request refunds by sending an email to info@marmorkrafts.com. Before initiating the return process, kindly go through our refund guidelines:
- The product should be in its original condition along with the packaging and its tags attached.
- If you have received a defective or damaged product, you must provide us photographic evidence of the defective item with all its tags attached.
- Refund will be only be granted if the product is in its original packaging. Any product damaged after being used by the customer will not considered for a refund.
When we will receive the product at our Fulfillment Center, we will duly inspect it and within 48 Hours of receiving we shall initiate the refund process.
Note: The actual refund process could take an additional 3 – 6 business days depending on the policies of your financial institutions.
To process your refund, we will need your order number, photos of the item, and any other information about the product(s) that may help us understand the potential defect.
Product(s) would ship to our US warehouse only. Please contact us at info@marmorkrafts.com to confirm the location for sending your product back.
Returning Postage:
MarmorKrafts does not provide pre-paid return labels to customers who would want to return the products and if the customer had asked for a pre-paid return label then the charges of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
