At MarmorKrafts, we believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. We aim to deliver the highest quality products to our esteemed customers; however, we also understand that certain factors require you to exchange or return your product(s), and we’re here to help you in doing that.
Conditions for Return:
- Product(s) can only be returned or exchanged within 30 days of its delivery.
- The product must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged (except if the item was already damaged upon its delivery).
- Once the item is returned and received at our warehouse, we will inspect and notify the customer.

Color
Please note that the color and texture of the actual product may differ slightly from the pictures due to differences in screen resolution and the natural veining patterns of the marble product. Moreover, sometimes the lighting of the photograph slightly brightens or alters the shade of the marble.
Refunds
To request a refund for your purchase, we offer a dedicated Refund Request Form that makes the process quick and easy. You can access this form directly from your order details page in your account.
How to Submit a Refund Request:
- Go to your Orders page
- Select the order you want to refund
- Click the "Request Refund" button
- Follow the step-by-step form to select items, add details, and upload photos
- Submit and you'll receive a confirmation
Before submitting your refund request, please ensure:
- The product is in its original condition with original packaging and tags attached.
- If the product is defective or damaged, provide clear photographic evidence with all tags visible.
- Refunds are only granted for products in original packaging. Items damaged after use will not be refunded.
When we receive your refund request and items at our Fulfillment Center, we will inspect everything and initiate the refund process within 48 hours of receipt.
Processing Time: The actual refund process could take an additional 3 – 6 business days depending on your bank or payment processor.

Returning Postage
MarmorKrafts does not provide pre-paid return labels to customers who want to return the products. If the customer had asked for a pre-paid return label, then the charges of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
